The Wellness Playbook : Five Plays that will Help you Win the Most Important Game of Your Life
My first post to my new blog will introduce my Wellness Playbook:
Rxn 1: Proactive Movement: here you will learn about Proactive Flow Time (PFT)! Doing what you love is essential for this step! I believe once I get you moving while doing what you love that is the key to living a long life.
Rxn 2: Proactive Sleep: learning to protect your sleep is like investing in your financial health, the sooner you start the better. I always made sleep a priority which set me up for wellness success early in life. I also learned the hard way, let go of sleep and your wellness will follow in a negative direction. They key is to never stop working on proactive sleep to live most well life possible.
Rxn 3: Proactive Nutrition Health: is this step you will learn what nutrition plan works best for you. Nobody is perfect with Nutrition Health but this step is essential to living a long well life. Key to proactive Nutrition Health is to simply be open to make mistakes and better yourself daily with daily nutritional choices.
Rxn 4: Proactive Mental Health: my favorite Rxn! I believe we are 90 % of the thoughts we have about ourselves daily: you think positive about yourself and you will have 90% of your life being positive and well. One must work for this 90%, everyday of your life. If you do nothing, then the 90% stays negative about the thoughts you have daily. I will share how to protect your Proactive Mental Health early and at any stage of your life.
Rxn 5: THE WELLNESS PLAN by Dr. Jay MD : This step you will have your very own Wellness Coach/ Wellness MD guide you on key yearly Wellness Recommendations that you must do in order to play the Wellness Game. If you chose like the majority of people on earth to not pay attention to this step, you will play a game called: Chronic Disease Game. That game is easy, nothing is required of you. The Wellness Game is hard, you are expected to show up to practice everyday of your life! I will be the toughest Coach you ever played for, chances are you will get cut, but for a select few you will join My Wellness Team and you will never want to leave my team. I am not going anywhere, I figured this Wellness Game out after completing 20 plus years as a Family Medicine Physician in Arizona and being married since 1999 to my soulmate and helping her raise to strong healthy children plus raising a healthy 2 year old Coton De Tulear named Belle! Tryouts are open to my Wellness Team! More to come!
